Data Security – File encryption and authentication

File authentication

For all archived files, a hash value (“digital fingerprint”) is automatically calculated and encoded in the database and the archive media deposited with the identification of deleted or modified objects and thus testing the authenticity of archived data is possible.

Using an encryption method based on the AES 256 standards archived files can also be protected. This increases especially for removable media data security (data security) and protects against unauthorised access.

The encryption can also be purchased.
